As an Integrative Counsellor, I am a big believer that every person and their experiences are different, so I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy, attachment therapy, Gestalt therapy and solution focused brief therapy, amongst others, in order to tailor our sessions to your unique story and needs.

My goal is to help you explore challenges, gain deeper self-awareness, and develop tools for lasting change in a safe, supportive environment.
